Edgewood University: Digital Display Posters

Each poster was designed to promote individual seasonal performances by the Edgewood Chamber Orchestra, Band, Guitar Ensemble, Chorale and Chamber Singers. These images were displayed on digital screens across the campus a few weeks before each performance.

Reach Out Lodi Event Promo; Veterans Day Breakfast

 

Reach Out Lodi is a non-profit business that offers assistance to those in financial crisis through a community store and community center. On the occasion of Veterans Day, they offered a breakfast and ceremony to veterans and their families. I researched and located stock art that I altered to fit my design idea for the ROL website, social media, banners, and more. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are used to create all media

Reach Out Lodi Event Promo; Dinner With…

Reach Out Lodi offers a meal with entertainment once a month on Tuesday evenings. The December Dinner With… event is by far the most popular. I created printed posters and digital ads to promote the event. The posters are hung up around the town of Lodi, and the digital promos are posted on Facebook, Instagram, and the ROL website. I start with the poster and then generate all the other media needed to fully promote the event, which usually results in five assets. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are used, as well as both professional and free stock photography. 

Reach Out Lodi Event Promotion; Wellness on Wednesday (WOW)

Digital promotional materials for a wellness program held once a month for the general public. The topic of this meeting was memory loss or dementia, which is a difficult subject to envision and talk about. The posters are hung up around the town of Lodi, and the digital promos are posted on Facebook, Instagram, and the ROL website. I used stock photography to put a light-hearted touch on the topic. I added text in Photoshop and created the WOW logo in Illustrator. 

 

Reach Out Lodi Event Promotion; Bino at Lodi Agricultural Fair

Reach Out Lodi’s annual two-night Bingo event at the Lodi Agricultural Fair is its largest fundraiser of the year. To maximize community awareness and attendance, I led a multi-channel promotional campaign designed to reach a broad audience.

I created targeted materials for a variety of media platforms, including social media graphics, web banners, printed flyers for grocery bag inserts at Piggly Wiggly, large-format posters placed in high-traffic locations, and reusable banners displayed throughout town. To make the materials more cost-effective and sustainable, I omitted specific dates and instead highlighted the designated Bingo nights during the fair. This strategic design choice allowed the organization to reuse signage and print collateral in future years, saving valuable time and resources while maintaining brand consistency.
